SuperHeroes 3v3 Lacrosse League: Join us at Hawks HQ in Rockland for an exciting Youth Instructional Lacrosse League designed specifically for boys in grades K-4! This league is all about having fun while learning the fundamentals of lacrosse in an engaging, supportive environment. With six action-packed sessions, young athletes will enjoy maximizing their touches on the ball, improving their skills, and experiencing the thrill of game play.
The first session focuses on introducing players to the sport, honing basic skills like passing, shooting, and stick handling. The following sessions will emphasize fun, fast-paced games where scores are kept in a lighthearted way to encourage friendly competition and teamwork.
