Phoenix, Thunderbirds, and Falcons (grades 3,4,5) Programs headline our most committed and competitive program at Hawks in the Fall of 2018. Smaller rosters, same level team only practices, and great new additions to our staff are some of the exciting news in Hawks this Fall. Also a new Hawks Youth Development System based on 5 v 5 Lacrosse will begin in November (no tryouts for this program).

Players will be evaluated by August 2nd and then chosen into a main pool with an invitation emailed to the player. Those accepting the invitation will now have until September 22 (Mini Camp Tryout at Union Camp) to train to be their very best and players will then be broken up into their specific teams and uniforms will be ordered.

- One PRO19 Speed and Strength Training (60 minutes) per week from October through July included
- 4 Spring Practices in total over April and May to allow more time for Town Team play
- 8 Summer Practices in total for June and July
- 4 Tournaments plus a number of one day events competing with select clubs
- This Schedule will be highly competitive and specifically designed to take you to next level

- Spring and Summer Practices are TBA but less frequent to allow more time for Town Team Play.
- Schedule will be designed to help you compete at a higher level.
- Small Teams of 12-15 kids with emphasis on building skills and playing small sided games. Falcons will play in 3 Tournaments throughout the year.
